Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sensate, your satisfaction is our priority — but due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, we follow a strict hygiene-based return policy.

💔 Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel
  • We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and health regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Any used items
  • Any product where the seal or hygiene strip has been broken
  • Underwear or lingerie that has been worn or tried on
  • Personal lubricants, oils, and consumables

📦 How to Report an Issue

Email us at info@sensate.co.za with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged)

Returns will only be processed once the item is received and inspected.
Sensate reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
